Private Running Coaching:
Let us take the guess work out of your running. Whether you’re looking to begin running or achieve a personal record, we will organize a training schedule for your individual needs. Scheduling problems? History of injuries? Motivational hurdles? We will get you to your goal with private running coaching.
Whether you’re looking to shed a few pounds, lift a new record weight, or reduce pain and injury by addressing muscular imbalances, we will design a well-rounded program for you that addresses your issues and goals.
One-on-one or small group yoga:
Interested in yoga, but not sure where to start? Want to deepen your practice and finally master that complicated pose? Whether by yourself or with 1-4 of your friends, we will help you learn proper and safe alignment, breathing techniques, and build strength and flexibility. Great either as a supplement to running or for non-runners!
Not in the NYC area? No problem! We work with clients from around the country to meet their goals. With regular Skype chats, unlimited email and text support, and the same unparalleled service as our in-person training programs, online coaching is a great option for motivated individuals who just need a little guidance.
Proper running form helps increase speed and efficiency of running, and prevents injuries. But how do you know if your form is correct? We can analyze your form and offer specific tips for improving your form. Don’t let poor form stand in the way of your running dreams!
Already have some running under your belt, but want to run longer or faster? New to running, and not sure if you’re doing things right? Looking for a fun community to run with? Our group classes include weekly group runs (all paces and experience levels welcome), monthly clinics to help you grow as a runner, and email newsletters with helpful articles and FAQ about running-related issues.
